7-Day Return Policy

You can return all eligible items within 7 days of receipt of goods. Please ensure that the product is unused, and the tags, boxes, or other packaging are intact.

We do not allow refunds or replacements for correctly delivered products. Please ensure you check all product specifications before purchasing to avoid any inconvenience.

For pre-paid orders, we will reverse the payment to the source.

Refunds will be issued as soon as we receive the products back. It will generally take 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account.

Received a Damaged Item, Wrong Product, or Missing Units in the Order

If an item is damaged, missing, or incorrect, please send a photo of the outer packaging and products received to our customer care within 7 days of receipt of the product.

We will issue either a full refund or the same item in exchange, as per your request.

Cancellation of Orders

You can cancel an order within 3 hours of placing it.

You can simply refuse to accept the parcel at the time of delivery as the order will not be returned once delivered.

If the product is out of stock or a replacement/exchange cannot be issued, a full refund will be provided upon the successful pick-up of the product at no extra cost.
